Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Advanced San Jacinto Insulation Company, insulationsanjacinto.com, sales@insulationsanjacinto.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any work you book with Advanced San Jacinto Insulation Company, an insulation contractor in San Jacinto, CA. When you use the site, ask for an estimate or schedule a job with us, you agree to these terms.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or book work through it. You're always welcome to call us with questions first at (951) 292-7462.

What we do

We install, top up, remove and replace insulation in homes and commercial buildings. That includes attics, walls, crawl spaces and basements, along with air sealing, which means closing the gaps before the insulation goes in, and vapor barriers. You can see the full list of services on our home page, and you can read about how we work on our About page.

What the site says about our services is general information. The exact work on your job is what's written on your estimate or work agreement, because every house is different once we're in the attic or under the floor.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates at your property, and you're under no pressure to book. Your estimate is based on what we can see and measure on the visit, such as how much insulation is already up there, how easy the space is to reach and what material you choose.

Sometimes we find something once the job is open that we couldn't see before, like wet or contaminated old insulation, damaged framing or blocked vents. When that happens, we stop, show you what we found and explain the cost of dealing with it. We don't do extra work or add charges without your okay.

An estimate is good for the time written on it. After that, material prices may have changed, so we may need to update it before we schedule.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll agree on a date with you and do our best to keep it. Weather, material deliveries, illness or a job running long can push a start date, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know and set a new one.

We need clear access to the work area on the day, such as a reachable attic hatch or crawl space entry and a place to park our equipment. Some jobs, especially spray foam, mean you, your kids and your pets need to stay out of the house for a set time, and we'll tell you before the job how long that is and when it's safe to come back in.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please call or contact us as early as you can. If we've already ordered special material or set aside a crew for your job, your agreement may say what you owe for that.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are written on your estimate or work agreement before work starts. Unless that agreement says otherwise, the balance is due when the job is done and we've walked through it with you.

If a payment is late, we'll reach out to sort it out. Unpaid balances may carry the late fees or collection costs that your agreement and California law allow.

Our work and warranties

We stand behind our work, and if something isn't right, we want to hear about it so we can come back and fix it. Any written warranty on your job is spelled out in your agreement, and the materials we install may also carry their maker's own warranty.

Apart from what's written in your agreement or required by law, our work and this website are provided as they are, without other promises. We can't promise a set drop in your power bill or a set temperature in any room, because those depend on things outside our work, like your windows, your heating and cooling system and how the house is used.

The information on this site is general and isn't a substitute for an estimate at your property.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost income, lost use of your home or problems caused by conditions that were already there before we started. That includes existing leaks, pests, mold or wiring problems we didn't create.

If we're found responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question, unless California law says otherwise. Nothing here limits your rights that the law doesn't let us limit.

If we disagree

Most problems get solved with a phone call, so please call us first and give us a fair chance to make it right. We'll look at the issue, come back out if needed and tell you plainly what we can do.

If we still can't settle it between us, either side can take the matter to the courts or other legal options open to us under California law.

Which law applies

These terms, this website and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal dispute will be handled in the courts of the county where the work was done, unless the law requires a different place.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version is always the one on this page. The terms in place when you signed your agreement still apply to that job.

If you have a question about any of this, call us at (951) 292-7462 or reach us through our Contact page.
